Ran out in just a minute?! |Smilekeeper’s #Onigiri of the day
Hello! I am Kurihara the smile keeper or “Smikey” for short!
How are you doing now that we are past the middle of May, and we are starting to get more of the rain?
With the addition of new members in April, the office has become more lively.
This has made the competition for onigiri (rice balls) even more fierce, and Smikey has been very busy.
The total number of rice balls I have made so far exceeds 20,000!🍙🍙🍙
Today, we would like to introduce some of these very popular rice balls.
Started Onigiri Instagram!

Seasoned onigiri were popular, but simple salted onigiri with seaweed were also very popular. Some members say “simple is the best.”

We usually only served fish-based dishes like salmon, but since we had canned mackerel, we tried it out and turned out to be such a delicious onigiri!
The addition of ginger with the mackerel made the onigiri such a refreshing taste.
Extra
Spam Onigiri
The combination of rice and meat is a no doubter. This onigiri was targeted from the time I was cooking the meat lol. Spam Onigiri has become a very popular onigiri that you have to run for it.
