Second Edition of “Sani-sanpo”! Discovering Healing Spots in Dagaya Sandou, Including Lunch Spots Focused on Vegetables and Tea Specialty Shops!
A segment where PR members stroll through “Dagaya Sandou,” a currently popular spot near our headquarters,
“Sani-sanpo” Second Edition!
Following the previous edition, we visited shops in Dagaya Sandou that we have been curious about!
The hungry members at lunchtime arrived at
“Tas Yard,” quietly nestled on a back street.
A café offering carefully crafted coffee extracted using the nel drip method
and Western cuisine featuring ingredients from Kagoshima.
We arrived with high expectations, as the café is frequently featured in magazines!
The exterior, abundantly featuring wood, is soothing just to look at.
On this day, the shop was filled with many people seeking a delicious lunch!
The interior is a soothing space where black and wood tones complement each other!
The lunch menu looked so delicious that we experienced the dreamlike phrase “I’ll take everything from here to here on the menu!” for the first time!
Many customers visit specifically for this curry!
Tas Yard Curry, named after the shop.
Abundantly featuring vegetables, one bite fills your mouth with the sweetness of the vegetables!
And the chicken rice topped with large pieces of chicken perfectly matches the nostalgic flavor with the chicken.
The adjacent shop “GOOD NEIGHBORS’ FINE FOODS” was started with the purpose of “introducing delicious food products made by people encountered during travels.”
On this day, pesticide-free vegetables from Kochi Prefecture were lined up at the storefront.
We heard that the coffee syrup, which allows you to make café au lait simply by adding milk, is famous,
so Member T decided to visit for a leisurely shopping experience over brunch on a day off.
After feeling happy and full, we headed to
“Hachiya” and “Tea Stand Nana” on the way back to the office.
“Hachiya” is a Japanese tea stand café that opened on December 1 last year.
The staff prepares the tea with a tea whisk for each order, allowing us to enjoy not only the taste but also the visual experience! The menu includes the classic matcha latte, hojicha latte, sencha latte, and more—all tempting options!
After deliberating, we chose the matcha latte and sencha latte.
The freshly made lattes are fluffy and filled with the aroma of tea.
We will definitely want to come back during work breaks to try other menu items!
Next, we visited “Tea Stand Nana,” whose pink exterior catches your eye from afar.
A specialty tea shop opened as an antenna shop for a café in Saitama, where the tea blended by the “Tea Prince” is called “Maiden’s Tea,” and each tea is given a girl’s name—an interesting concept!
The staff recommended the royal milk tea made with original blend flavored tea, so we ordered it!
This shop offers monthly flavored teas, and January’s royal milk tea flavor was named Yuki, featuring marron, vanilla, and raspberry tea. The raspberry aroma spread throughout, and with plenty of milk, it was truly a maiden’s tea!
Refreshed by delicious lunch and tea, the members returned to the office,
feeling the potential and depth of Dagaya Sandou.
In the evening, we headed to the popular gym “ZEROGYM” near the office.
This “ZEROGYM” is actually called a “Fatigue Recovery Gym” and is one of the most notable gyms of 2018!
A “Fatigue Recovery Gym” is a gym that not only addresses daily lack of exercise but is also expected to help recover from physical and mental fatigue. It ranked third in Nikkei Trendy’s “2018 Hit Forecast 100” and is a trend guaranteed to be a hit in 2018!
The program progresses through stretching, bodyweight training, meditation/mindfulness, and relaxation. True to the gym’s goal of achieving “ultimate relaxation,” by the end of the program, we felt as though the fatigue in our minds and bodies had been reset.

There are still many shops we are curious about in this area,
so a third edition may be coming!? Stay tuned!!
