How Will You Enjoy the Last Friday of the Month?! SUNNY SIDE UP Introduces “Tanokin” System for Premium Friday Implementation!

As announced on the SUNNY SIDE UP website, we at SUNNY SIDE UP will also be implementing Premium Friday, which launches nationwide on Friday, February 24!

However, simply introducing Premium Friday wouldn’t be true to SUNNY SIDE UP’s character! We wanted to ensure that each employee could truly enjoy their Friday afternoon at the end of the month… and ideally, turn it into the “fun commotion” that embodies our slogan!

Therefore,

we have introduced the “Tanokin” system to help employees spend an enjoyable (“tano”) Friday (“kin”)!

Even the name sounds fun, doesn’t it?! (laughs)

Premium Friday, promoted by the Ministry of Economy, Trade and Industry and the Japan Business Federation, encourages employees to finish work a little early on the last Friday of the month and enjoy a fulfilling time from 3 PM onward.

The “Tanokin” system introduced by SUNNY SIDE UP provides all employees with a “Premium Friday Support Allowance” of ¥3,200 to help make that time even more enjoyable!

You can enjoy some personal time at a movie theater or art museum.
You can take a trip with friends you rarely see, extending into the weekend.
You can go out for a leisurely meal with your family.
We introduced this system with the hope that the company could help create each person’s version of “fun,” even in a small way.

This is a uniquely SUNNY SIDE UP system that embodies “enjoying both work and personal life to the fullest.”
