The Annual Celebration! A Sneak Peek into the SUNNY SIDE UP GROUP New Year’s Party!!

Just when we thought the weekend was warm, temperatures have dropped back to mid-winter levels.
It seems spring is still a little while away…
Now, looking back a bit, the SUNNY SIDE UP GROUP held its New Year’s Party at the end of January.
Precisely because it is such a cold day, we would like to share the highlights of our passionate New Year’s celebration to blow the chill away!
Welcome to the SUNNY SIDE UP GROUP New Year’s Party!
At SUNNY SIDE UP, the new employees who joined that year serve as the organizers for the New Year’s Party! Managing operations such as planning, venue scouting, and event moderation is essential to our core PR business. Therefore, this is where the growth cultivated over a year in the PR field is put to the test! (Perhaps that is putting a bit too much pressure on them… lol)
Furthermore, as the personality of the new employees differs every year, all the staff members look forward to seeing what kind of party it will be.
Sneaking in before the doors open!
On the day of the event, prospective employees scheduled to join this April also helped with the operations. Seeing them receive instructions makes them look like established senior employees already!
What exactly is this box placed in the center of the stage?
The New Year’s Party begins!!
The organizers also handle the emceeing themselves. While it is a challenge to moderate in front of supervisors and senior colleagues, they energized the venue with the youth and power typical of first-year employees!
First, an introduction of the prospective employees!
While not everyone could attend, we introduced the prospective employees who will join SUNNY SIDE UP in April. Some are already working as interns, but for many employees, it was their first time meeting them! This was their time to shine and ensure everyone remembers their names and faces.
What is this year’s plan? Department-vs-Department Games!
Game 1 (Left): The “Stand Up Game,” where the goal is to match the number you call out with the number of people who stand up.
Game 2 (Right): The “Stepping Game,” where participants march in place while blindfolded to see who deviates the least from their starting position.
The representatives are fighting seriously, carrying the fate of their departments on their shoulders! lol
Game 3: A quiz about the SUNNY SIDE UP GROUP!
This is where their “SUNNY SIDE UP GROUP Love” is tested by how much they know about the company!
The exciting raffle!
Now for the highly anticipated raffle with luxurious prizes! The box mentioned earlier was used for this event. Employees had already placed their business cards into the boxes corresponding to the prizes they wanted.
The prospective employees drew the business cards and announced the winners!
The winners were overjoyed! This raffle is the most exciting part of the New Year’s Party. Everyone, please try not to use up all your luck for the year right here! lol
Finally, everyone played Rock-Paper-Scissors!
Every year, the executives provide special gifts. You can imagine what they might be from the level of excitement! lol

Even though it is a major company event, thank you for your hard work in planning and venue scouting in between your regular duties!
