③ “Sunny Side Up” at the top of the wall
Every day, our team members climb their invisible personal walls—or perhaps don’t even perceive them as walls.
After work, I went bouldering—climbing physical walls—with these incredibly strong members.
At this bouldering facility, holds are color-coded by difficulty level, progressing from easier levels like pink → orange → white… and so on. And at the top, when you look up after climbing, you find the words “Sunny side”…!
A place where members with colorful personalities, each having experienced various things, come together—that place is none other than “SUNNY SIDE UP.”
