Opened in March 2010 as the second bills location in Japan following bills Shichirigahama, bills Yokohama Red Brick Warehouse will celebrate its 15th anniversary on Thursday, March 27, 2025!

To commemorate this 15th anniversary, bills Yokohama Red Brick Warehouse is offering three limited-edition menu items featuring an abundance of seasonal strawberries from Saturday, February 1 to Monday, March 31🍓

Today, I will be reporting on these limited-edition menus alongside Murakami from the Food Marketing Department, who joined us as a new graduate in April and has been working hard every day!

bills Yokohama Red Brick Warehouse is located within the Yokohama Red Brick Warehouse, which celebrates its 110th anniversary this year.

When bills restaurateur Bill Granger was searching for the second location in Japan, he immediately decided on this site due to its status as a historical landmark, the wonderful atmosphere of the brick building, and the stunning ocean-view location.

Surrounded by an interior that makes the most of the red brick construction, guests can enjoy a space filled with both tranquility and a sense of openness. Additionally, the “Berry Berry Pancakes” have been offered as a location-exclusive special menu item since the opening and continue to be a popular signature dish today.

The batter and butter feature berries, while the topping is adorned with plenty of strawberries, creating a characteristically vibrant color.

The Sweet and Tart Flavor of Strawberries Fills Your Mouth! Three Special Menu Items Arrive!

First, we will try the Strawberry Panna Cotta, topped with fresh strawberries.

Strawberry Panna Cotta ¥1,300

The strawberries and yogurt are carefully blended together, resulting in a delicious, smooth, and moist texture. It pairs perfectly with the generous topping of fresh strawberries.

Next, we have two types of drinks: alcoholic and non-alcoholic.

Strawberry Rhubarb Bellini ¥1,200

The alcoholic Strawberry Rhubarb Bellini is a sparkling wine-based cocktail that is easy to drink, with the sweet and tart flavor of strawberries spreading across the palate. I found myself gulping it down, even though I was in the middle of work…

In the evening, bills Yokohama Red Brick Warehouse is also charming with its illuminations and ocean views, so why not try visiting for a stylish bar experience?

Strawberry Basil Soda ¥900

Finally, the non-alcoholic Strawberry Basil Soda uses a homemade strawberry syrup base mixed with fresh basil leaves. It is a sophisticated non-alcoholic beverage with a gentle herbal aroma, and I highly recommend it even for those who do not drink alcohol!
