Secretary’s Recommended Sweets: “Gift to Bring” Edition

Hello, this is PR Sunny-chan!

March is already in its final stretch. March is the season of farewells and new journeys. At SUNNY SIDE UP as well, we have been quite busy preparing to welcome new employees in April. For many companies, the fiscal year ends at the end of March, so we sometimes receive notices of personnel transfers around this time. Through our projects, we have opportunities to offer final greetings to those in charge and to greet their successors, and it makes me reflect that even after becoming a working professional, this season remains one of farewells and new encounters…

Now then, this time, we would like to introduce sweets recommended by Sunny’s beautiful secretary! (It has been a while since this segment! lol)

We asked our beautiful secretary to share gifts to bring that are sure to be appreciated when visiting valued clients or when you would like to express your everyday gratitude.

Nihonshu Cake Ichi-no-Ichi-no-Ichi

A nihonshu cake that lets you enjoy the rich aroma of sake. Made with carefully selected ingredients and an elegant sweetness, it makes a welcome gift to bring for adult men who enjoy alcohol. It comes in a paulownia-wood box, giving it a luxurious feel, and apparently some connoisseurs even enjoy it after soaking it in sake.

Chiyo Choco

Chocolates inspired by chiyogami paper. Printed with traditional patterns from chiyogami, kimono, and yukata, they are so beautiful you will feel it is a shame to eat them! Especially for men who enjoy fashion and art, and also as a gift to bring for foreign men, how about this?

Tarte Fruits Assortment (Henri Charpentier)

“Tarte Fruits” was created in response to customers who said, “We want to take/send a fresh cake to someone far away, even though it can only be carried for two hours.” It expresses the flavor and beauty of a fresh cake as a baked confection. Because it can be carried at room temperature, it is also a safe choice when dining with men who enjoy sweets.

Financier (Henri Charpentier)

Financier — Henri Charpentier

A baked confection, the financier, made with almonds—also said to be a “symbol of happiness.” In French, it also means “financier,” making it an auspicious sweet in two ways. As there are also limited-time items, it would make a fine gift to bring for celebratory occasions or greetings, along with seasonal conversation. How about it?

If you bring such stylish gifts, they are sure to be appreciated! Everyone, why not use these as a reference? (^^)
