A unique program is available! Try bubble football (and win!) with the “Let’s Have Fun! Creation Support” program!
I’m Yamashita from the PR team.
Sometimes acquaintances say to me,
“SUNNY SIDE UP has some interesting programs, don’t they? Tell me about your unique programs.”
I am truly delighted to hear that.
So, at SUNNY SIDE UP,
we would like to introduce a few examples of “what programs we have and how they are being used”!

Some employees also participate in sports events.
This time, we will introduce the “Let’s Have Fun! Creation Support” program, which has a very high usage rate among employees.
“Let’s Have Fun! Creation Support” System
A program in which the company makes an advance investment so that employees can experience a wide range of “LIVE” happenings in today’s world—music, films, theater, rakugo, events, sports, art, and more—in order to create “Let’s Have Fun!” in the future.
The company will cover expenses up to 2,000 yen per month.
The only requirement is to submit your impressions to your supervisor! Simple!
Some employees have the program cover part of the cost of going to Disneyland with colleagues,
others use it every month to watch their favorite films, and some visit museums.
A perfect program for employees who gathered around the phrase “Let’s Have Fun!”
Winning bubble football
The other day, an employee used this program to try an interesting (strange?) sport.
(Of the 3,000 yen participation fee, the company covered 2,000 yen.)

A strange sight…
It’s called “Bubble Football”!!
A sport where you put on a mysterious transparent balloon that’s fluffy? bouncy? and play soccer.
(We will omit the detailed explanation, haha.)
Apparently body checks are allowed, but if so, I am very concerned about those unprotected legs…
And unbelievably!
It seems the “SUNNY SIDE UP team” won!
You can imagine everyone playing earnestly, with smiles, and giving it their all. Giving 100% at work and at play!
Once again, SUNNY SIDE UP has many curious employees who proactively go out to see and experience interesting and new things for themselves.
By keeping an eye on the diverse movements in the world and experiencing them firsthand, it may be how SUNNY SIDE UP’s unique ideas are born.
(Some people say it’s impossible or outrageous… sweat. This may sound like we are bragging, but past examples are here.)
We will continue to introduce various programs, so please look forward to it.
