2014 Trend Alert! Take Cute Photos Without Editing Using Photo Props!
Hello!
I’m Kasuga, a 2014 new employee at SUNNY SIDE UP.
I have experience working at a maid café and have taken over 100 photos with customers!
However, I’m not very skilled and find photo editing quite difficult…
Today, I’d like to introduce an item I love using that allows you to take cute photos without any editing:
“Photo Props”
Mustaches are a classic!
Recently, they’ve been featured in Mister Donut commercials, and I have a feeling they’ll become popular in 2014!
What Are Photo Props?
“Photo Props” are items like mustaches and hats printed on paper and attached to sticks, as shown in the image above. You hold them when taking photos.
Previously… After taking a photo, you would use an app to add stamps and other edits.
With “Photo Props”… You can include them in the photo as you take it,
making it easy to create cute photos!
Even someone as unskilled as me can easily take stylish photos, so I find them very useful!
(Although making them yourself does take a bit of effort…)
Will Photo Props Become Popular in 2014?
While “Photo Props” are not commonly seen in Japan at present,
they are popular overseas and used at events such as weddings and birthday parties!
Last year, Japan’s first free Photo Props material website was launched.
Furthermore, from late last year to this year, more people have been discussing “Photo Props” on blogs.
Some are even creating original “Photo Props” for the World Cup!
Companies have also begun distributing them at public events.
I predict that in 2014, this momentum will continue and more people will use “Photo Props”!
