To create an even bigger “Let’s Have Fun!” SUNNY SIDE UP has moved to the Second Section of the Tokyo Stock Exchange!
Today, we released a message from our President, Ms. Tsugihara, and we are pleased to announce that SUNNY SIDE UP has moved to the Second Section of the Tokyo Stock Exchange!

This year marks the 34th year since SUNNY SIDE UP was founded.
And it has been 10 years since we went public on the Osaka Securities Exchange Hercules market (as it was then) in 2008.
This market change is one process for us at SUNNY SIDE UP to continue creating “Let’s Have Fun!”.
With globally watched events approaching—such as the Rugby World Cup in 2019 and the Tokyo Olympic and Paralympic Games in 2020
We will continue to work hard so that we can create an even bigger “Let’s Have Fun!”.
Please be sure to read Tsugihara’s message as well♪

Market Change Ceremony
We also attended the “Market Change Ceremony” today!
At the ceremony, members took the stage together—from younger team members to those working hard while raising children, as well as women who have been involved since our founding.
It is also our pride that many women, not only men, have played active roles.
The work of “PR” means standing between clients, the media, and society to create and deliver news of value to the world and to people. Communication skills and capabilities—made possible precisely because women are adept at staying close to others’ perspectives, empathizing, and moving things forward flexibly—have supported the company in countless situations.
This appearance on stage reflects the desire of Tsugihara and the management team to look back on “how much we have been helped by women’s unique abilities and efforts from our founding to today” and to express our gratitude.
Of course, not only our women members but also our men, and many colleagues both inside and outside the company, have supported the “Let’s Have Fun!” that SUNNY SIDE UP creates. We will make this market change a step forward and create an even bigger “Let’s Have Fun!”
