November 23rd is Labor Thanksgiving Day! Implementing “Thanks, Colleague!” to express daily gratitude.

How is everyone doing? This is Sunny-chan from Public Relations!

The cold has truly set in, and the season where it becomes harder to get out of bed in the morning has arrived. Today, we held an event to warm those frozen morning hearts!

The event is called “Thanks, Colleague!”
*Colleague: meaning a person with whom one works.

In conjunction with Labor Thanksgiving Day on November 23rd, this is an annual event included in our “32 Benefits,” where the President and other executives present hugs and breakfast.

We decorated the elevator hall starting from the early morning and waited excitedly for the members to arrive at the office.
*By the way, since the President was participating in between sessions of a medical checkup, she arrived directly from the hospital in her examination attire (lol).

Today’s breakfast was a “Croque Madame” topped with a whole fried egg. We welcomed everyone with a hearty menu that evokes the SUNNY SIDE UP logo.

We stood by to surprise the members even before the elevator doors opened.

Because we appeared suddenly when the doors opened, many members were left stunned, unable to process the situation (lol)!

Veteran members who experience this every year looked surprised yet composed.

After the surprise hug, we handed over breakfast and 100 yen for coffee.
By this point, everyone seemed to understand the situation, and smiles were breaking out. ^^

This year as well, it was a lively event with laughter and the occasional sound of (frightened?) voices echoing through the busy morning commute!

It was a morning where we could once again say “thank you” to the members with whom we create “fun commotions” every day.

All our members will continue to do our best to create new “fun commotions” in the future. (^^)

The “Croque Madame” served for breakfast was from “Bonjour Bon Nakano Store” in Nakano.

Topped with a fried egg, which is the symbol of SUNNY SIDE UP, it is a favorite among our members.
