As we enter December and the cold becomes increasingly severe, how is everyone doing?
We are pleased to announce that the special program “Hidetoshi Nakata Encounters the World’s Best Sake: SAKE COMPETITION 2015,” featuring our very own Hidetoshi Nakata as he explores the secrets of today’s finest sake, will air on BS-TBS on Sunday, December 6, starting at 2:00 PM!
In the program, Hidetoshi Nakata—who has visited 250 sake breweries over the past five years—personally visits the breweries honored at the “SAKE COMPETITION 2015” held this past September to observe their production sites. Furthermore, he experiences sake brewing firsthand and uncovers the secrets behind the creation of each sake.
Set in the breweries of famous producers that are rarely seen by the public, the program features Nakata exploring the dedication and passion of the brewers, offering invaluable content that sake enthusiasts will not want to miss!
Additionally, the program will feature a report on the “SAKENOMY Sake Bar” established at the “Expo Milano 2015” held in Milan, Italy, this past June, as well as the latest information on the sake information search app “SAKENOMY,” supervised by Hidetoshi Nakata.
