To celebrate the completion of SUNNY SIDE UP GROUP’s credo song “SUNNY DAYS”!! It has also been released for karaoke at all Karaoke no Tetsujin locations, so we went and sang it!
In a recent blog post, we shared a live report from FRONT LINE, but now that the information has finally been released, we would like to announce the “fun initiative” that SUNNY SIDE UP and FRONT LINE have been quietly working on!
Believe it or not… with the aim of boosting employee motivation and strengthening unity, we produced our group’s credo song, “SUNNY DAYS”!
The production of this credo song was handled by the music production team FRONT LINE.
“Credo” is a Latin word meaning “belief” or “promise.”
For some time, SUNNY SIDE UP has compiled and cherished a credo that represents “the SUNNY SIDE UP way of working.”
We have given shape to the company’s important values in the form of a single credo song.
The lyrics are structured around the credo, with positive phrases such as “Not alone, but together with our teammates” and “Our journey has only just begun” sprinkled throughout an upbeat melody.
In addition, this credo song “SUNNY DAYS” has been available for karaoke at all Karaoke no Tetsujin locations since August!
So!
To coincide with the start of distribution, we went to Karaoke no Tetsujin!!
It was properly listed on the Denmoku, too!
That alone made it feel real all at once, and our excitement shot up.
As soon as the song starts, a familiar melody begins to play,
and when the PV we made ourselves (featuring all employee members!) appears on the screen,
the excitement only grows even more (lol).
We sang it through with full energy, and then went straight into a second round!
We also took commemorative photos in front of the screen (lol).
The PV was produced with the motif of a day in the life of SUNNY SIDE UP members.
My personal favorite scene is when a member gets called in by the president and rushes into the president’s office in a panic.
It clearly captures the uniquely SUNNY SIDE UP atmosphere, where members are close with one another.
The credo song is also perfect for singing at company rallies and get-togethers!
It has only just been released, but it seems some members have already gone to sing it two or three times (lol).

Looking ahead, with needs such as “Our corporate philosophy is not taking hold among employees” and “We want to boost employee morale” in mind, we are also considering developing services such as a “Corporate Credo Song Production Package,” leveraging our network for music and video production.

They even took time out of their busy schedules to participate in the recording.
It was the first time for all members to take part in a recording, but with support from FRONT LINE, we managed to bring it all together!
Some members were nervous at first, but in the end they were able to record with great energy.
