New Employees Apprentice Under Veteran Staff! A Close Look at Sports Division Training!
Hello, this is PR Sunny-chan!
We received an energetic training report from new employees who joined in April!
Currently, they are in the apprenticeship period, training in departments other than the Media Relations Division where they will be assigned from May. They are undergoing training in various departments to learn what SUNNY SIDE UP does and how we work!
(The name “apprenticeship” is very characteristic of SUNNY SIDE UP… haha)
This report was written by apprentice employees from the Sports Division about their recent viewing of the professional basketball league B.LEAGUE’s “Sunrockers Shibuya” game! Moreover, they were given special access to pre-game operations and post-game behind-the-scenes activities, so they compiled this valuable experience—please take a look!

On the day, we were able to hear from the person in charge of public relations for Sunrockers Shibuya and the person in charge of marketing.
For SUNNY SIDE UP, which has been involved with sports for many years, it is very important to understand the behind-the-scenes of sports venues and how professional sports teams operate! All three are listening intently!
Sunny-chan also found the PR manager’s talk very informative as a fellow PR professional!
For details, please refer to the three reports, but we were able to hear valuable insights not only about their own team but also from the perspective of “how to energize B.LEAGUE.”
