A total of 12 new graduates have joined! Meet the newest members of SUNNY SIDE UP.

Hello, I am Sunny-chan from PR.

As we previously shared on Facebook regarding the events of April 1, we are pleased to announce that 12 new graduates joined our team this April!

While we have hired many new graduates in the past, recruiting 12 at once is a first for us. Having celebrated our 30th anniversary, this is a new challenge to ensure the company’s continued growth. We look forward to seeing how they develop as professionals over the coming year.

Here is a brief look at the entrance ceremony.
The President presented each individual with an appointment letter and a commemorative gift. The gift was a fountain pen, given with high expectations for their future success. As a PR company that handles communication, this gift also carries the wish that they will cherish and value the power of words.

Each new employee then delivered a formal pledge. Despite their nerves, they spoke confidently to the board of directors.

Finally, the President shared a message with the new employees: “As we reach our 30th year, welcoming 12 new graduates to this still-young company is a challenge for us as well. I am delighted that we are embarking on this challenge together. We have employees who continue to support Sunny on the front lines, and many others who have chosen new paths. Whatever path you choose in the future, I hope your experience at Sunny becomes a significant asset in your lives.” It was a characteristic message of encouragement from our President.

All new graduates will initially be assigned to the Media Relations Department. Here, they will gain a solid foundation by learning the mechanisms and dynamics of the media. This experience is crucial for their future roles in promoting our clients’ products.
While there may be moments of confusion at first, we hope they will, above all, enjoy their work and do their best!
