“Let’s Have Fun!” has only just begun! SUNNY SIDE UP has been designated as a First Section issue on the Tokyo Stock Exchange!

Today, SUNNY SIDE UP’s shares were designated as a First Section issue on the Tokyo Stock Exchange, moving up from the Second Section!
Since our founding in 1985 as a PR company, under the slogan “Let’s Have Fun!”, we have launched numerous movements into the world. Starting with our initial listing on the Osaka Securities Exchange Hercules market (now the TSE JASDAQ market) in 2008, followed by a market change to the TSE Second Section in September 2018, we have now been able to welcome this day of designation as a TSE First Section issue.
We believe this is possible only thanks to the support and cooperation of our shareholders, clients, and partner companies who have empathized with and supported our desire to “Let’s Have Fun!”. We would like to take this opportunity to express our sincere gratitude.

At the commemorative ceremony held at the TSE, our executive team attended, along with department heads representing each division.

After the commemorative ceremony, we held a handmade in-house celebration!

Under the theme “Tokyo BEST Snack Corner,” a full lineup of popular treats from around Tokyo was assembled!

Each member also received a gift of appreciation featuring a handwritten message from Etsuko Tsugihara.

This is not the goal, but a new start!!

Even on this new stage as a TSE First Section company, under our unchanged founding slogan, “Let’s Have Fun!”, we will continue to share bright news, projects, and new movements with the world that inspire hope for the future!
