Special 10th anniversary menu at the Grand Kitchen, all-day dining on the 1st floor
The “Kagawa Olive Beef Rump Roasted with Red Wine Sauce” is now on the a la carte menu at the Grand Kitchen all-day dining restaurant on the 1st floor until August 31. The lean meat is tender, delicious, and healthy, and goes perfectly with the red wine sauce. The lineup also includes other appetizers such as “Caprese” and “Spanish serrano ham aged 12 monthsd” using domestic mozzarella cheese, which the chef incorporates in Obuse, and “Plant-based spaghetti Bolognese” using soybean meat, which is environmentally friendly.
10th Anniversary Cocktail “Blooming”
The hotel’s bar and lounge features the “Blooming,” a cocktail with a strong Japanese aroma and a clear, dignified taste based on the private brand sake “Ichi-no-ichi-no-ichi”. The result is easy to drink, even for those who are not so fond of sake. It has a refreshing taste reminiscent of the rich nature of the outer gardens of the Imperial Palace.
10th Anniversary Accommodation Plan
In terms of accommodation plans, the “10th Anniversary Accommodation Plan,” which offers 10 top-quality experiences recommended by Palace Hotel Tokyo staff, is on sale until Wednesday, November 30.

“Premier Suites,” which offer a “lifestyle” hotel experience, were launched this year.
Also noteworthy in this limited offer is the “Premier Suite,” which was launched in March of this year, the 10th anniversary year of the hotel. This suite was created so that guests can enjoy hotel life as if they were living in the hotel, as more and more guests are making their hotel stay the purpose of their trip. These rooms are also designed to accommodate the increasing number of work vacations and family stays. The rooms are designed to “harmony with nature” by incorporating the warmth of wood aesthetic in a well-balanced way that emphasizes the connection with the beautiful view of the outer gardens of the Imperial Palace that spreads out before your eyes. We welcome our guests to feel at home during their stay.
