October 25–27 is egg week! Nagoya City × Toyota Tsusho × W society #Know Yourself Project Nagoya begins!
Hello everyone 🌸 I’m Iguchi from the Social Good Promotion Office at SUNNY SIDE UP GROUP!
W society has been creating opportunities to learn about your body throughout the year. This time, we are launching a new project in conjunction with “egg week” from Tuesday, October 25 to Thursday, October 27. As a member of Generation Z who is concerned about fluctuations in my body, I will introduce the highlights from a genuine perspective!
The name is “#Know Yourself Project Nagoya” 🏯✨ With the support of Nagoya City, we will hold a life design seminar co-hosted with Toyota Tsusho, one of Nagoya’s leading companies.
Nagoya City, with its slogan “Nagoya: A City Where Women Shine,” and Toyota Tsusho, which has made women’s empowerment its top priority theme in its “D&I Declaration,” resonated with W society’s desire to “first help working women and companies promoting women’s empowerment understand the importance of women knowing about themselves,” making this event possible 👏
For companies based in Nagoya City and working women, we will learn about women’s life events, diseases that may occur in the body with life stages, and balancing careers!

What will be held on DAY 3 of egg week is #Know Yourself Project Nagoya powered by Toyota Tsusho 🏯
The seminar opening guest will be Midori Sugino, Deputy Mayor of Nagoya City, who promotes gender equality and preconception care awareness. The speaker will be Dr. Suguru Maruta, Director of Maruta ART Clinic and obstetrician-gynecologist, who has a clinic in Nagoya City and continues to communicate with society, believing that infertility prevention is also the responsibility of those involved in reproductive medicine. The talk will be on the theme of “Career Design Starting with Knowing Your Body: How to Deal Well with Physical Changes at Each Age” 🎤
We aim to create opportunities for all women to “know about themselves” and then think about balancing careers and life events. Furthermore, we are calling on companies to participate so that this can help reconsider management and personnel systems for companies where “women’s empowerment” is required. We are preparing this seminar with all our heart so that together with you, we can “redesign society” by knowing and learning 🕊

What is egg week, where you learn about and deepen your understanding of women’s bodies today?
egg week is a project started by W society in 2021 to raise awareness about creating opportunities to learn about your own body. If we could create opportunities to know the current state of your own body and learn about future options through AMH testing* [a blood test that reflects ovarian reserve (an estimate of the number of follicles remaining in the ovaries)]. With this hope, we hold the event every year in October, when interest in women’s gender and healthcare issues increases, such as International Day of the Girl (October 11) and World Menopause Day (October 18).
*Anti-Müllerian Hormone Test: A blood test that reflects ovarian reserve (an estimate of the number of follicles remaining in the ovaries).
This long-awaited year, we are holding a 3-day online event covering everything from mental and physical consultations to seminars on pregnancy, childbirth, and career design! There is so much content we want to deliver to many people. How to deal with your “body” as it changes with age, how to learn about your own body, and so on… You may not know exactly what it is, but if you have vague concerns about physical discomfort, I think positive insights will emerge 💡

You can participate in all 3 days for free! For details, click here
What is the AMH test that judoka Uta Abe also took? Experience stories are also available on the official Instagram
“I’m vague about the future and don’t know if I want children,” “I want children someday, but… I’m busy with work and it doesn’t feel like right now,” “I’ve been feeling more physical discomfort lately. I want to aim for career advancement, but I need to face my body soon…” Working women have various concerns.
One method that is now attracting attention as a means to help women think about their future careers and life plans and that can be started immediately is “AMH testing” 💉
W society’s official Instagram also publishes experience reports of actually taking the AMH test with easy-to-understand illustrations 📱
According to W society’s original “Survey on the Actual Conditions of Mental, Physical, and Social Issues Surrounding Women 2022” survey of 1,500 women aged 18 to 44…
—Over 85% of all women feel discomfort, while 1 in 5 “does not address” their discomfort
was the result. 😨 There is still a bit of a hurdle to going to a gynecologist… right? So that people can feel a little less anxious. We will continue to share and think together about women’s bodies and concerns in society, and continue to communicate in a way that creates opportunities for this!
We would be delighted if you could casually check out both the event and Instagram. We look forward to your participation 🕊
