bills Ginza has collaborated with Magazine House’s “Hanako” and will be offering a special menu to enhance your dinner time experience starting today, Thursday, September 21, at 7:00 PM!
Its name is “Midnight High Tea Set.”

The “Midnight High Tea Set” is a carefully crafted menu featuring a total of 11 items, including three types of open sandwiches recommended by Bill Granger, “Jamón Ibérico,” and side dishes such as “Seasonal Vegetables & Anchovy Dip” and “Cacao Balls” with an irresistible crispy texture.

The side menu features Seasonal Vegetables Anchovy Dip.
This menu makes abundant use of colorful seasonal vegetables. When eaten with the accent anchovy sauce, you can further enjoy the taste and texture of the ingredients themselves.
The dessert is “Cacao Balls,” a vegan sweet made with coconut oil and dates, known as “Arab beauty food.”
This dish offers a crispy texture with the sweetness of coconut and the rich flavor of cacao. Furthermore, it is sugar-free, dairy-free, and gluten-free, making it a delightful menu option for health-conscious individuals.
Furthermore, to allow you to enjoy alcoholic beverages with your meal, we offer “BILLECART SALMON EXTRA BRUT,” a champagne characterized by delicate bubbles and an aroma reminiscent of ripe fruit, and “Toyo Bijin Junmai Daiginjo Ichiban Matoi,” a sake praised by President Putin during the Japan-Russia summit.
Customers can choose either one.
Many of the dishes are bite-sized, allowing you to enjoy a variety of dishes along with your drinks, making this a luxurious menu to leisurely enjoy the end of your day at bills Ginza.
The “Midnight High Tea Set” will be available starting today, Thursday, September 21, at 7:00 PM, and will be offered exclusively during dinner time from 7:00 PM to 10:00 PM (last order at 9:00 PM).
