Nice to meet you, readers of the Sunny Blog. I am AMIOKA from the bills Japan PR team.

It has been nine years since our all-day casual dining restaurant, bills, first arrived in Japan, and we will celebrate our 10th anniversary next year.
We truly feel that we have been able to grow this far thanks to the support of so many customers.

To propose a new way of enjoying bills through fine spirits, we held a series of Pairing Nights in the private room of bills Ginza starting June 19 (Mon),
with each week featuring a different theme.

Part 1: June 19 (Mon) “Australian Wine Night”

We served a luxurious selection of seven Australian wines from the birthplace of bills!

Part 2: June 26 (Mon) “Sake (Toyo Bijin) × Shochu (Komaki Jozo) Night”

The lineup included “Toyo Bijin Ichibanmatoi Junmai Daiginjo,” a favorite of President Putin, and a barley shochu from Komaki Jozo offered exclusively for this event!

Part 3: July 4 (Tue) “Craft Beer Night”

We also served draft white beer from Yokohama and Kamakura, designed for adults who know how to have fun, which only recently went on sale in March 2017!

Part 4: July 10 (Mon) “Mouton Cadet Wine Night”

The selection featured six wines including the “Mouton Cadet” lineup, often called the world’s most loved Bordeaux wine, as well as a label making its Asian debut at this event!

For each session, we invited experts on each beverage as guests to explain the drinks and discuss the pairings with the bills Ginza dinner course. The events were very well received, as guests had the opportunity to interact with wine experts, sake and shochu master brewers, craft beer brewers, and Mouton Cadet specialists.

The bills Ginza exclusive dinner course enjoyed by all our guests.

When people think of bills, they may have a strong image of breakfast or ricotta pancakes.
However, based on our original concept of “all-day casual dining,”
we aim to be a restaurant that provides the best experience no matter what time you visit
by changing our menus for morning, afternoon, and evening.

While this time we proposed the new appeal of enjoying fine spirits during dinner time,
we will continue to share the charms of bills from various perspectives in the future!
