“bills Waikiki” is bills’ first venture into the United States, with a concept that blends the beach style and lifestyle of Bill’s hometown of Sydney with Hawaii.
The interior welcomes guests with abundant sunlight, plants that evoke the local nature, and natural breezes and light flowing through the space. We have prepared three limited-edition menu items so that everyone in Japan can enjoy a taste of Hawaii’s relaxed atmosphere and flavors.

Even if you don’t have the opportunity to visit Hawaii, you can enjoy the taste of “bills Waikiki” right here in Japan

●Buttermilk Pancakes w/ Smoked Bacon, Pineapple, Maple Syrup

This extremely popular menu item, which was offered for a limited time at “bills Waikiki,” is back!
It has been specially revived for “ALOHA from Hawaii.”

In America, it is common to make pancakes with buttermilk. Unlike “Ricotta Pancakes,” the batter is thinner and lighter, resulting in a savory-flavored pancake.

While buttermilk pancakes with maple syrup alone are delicious enough, the sweetness of the maple syrup combined with the tartness of the pineapple creates an exquisite balance that is truly delicious!
