Celebrate the last summer of the Heisei era with fireworks at bills Odaiba! Beating the heat at the SUNNY SIDE UP Fireworks Viewing Party.
Hello! This is O from the Public Relations Group. With the Koshien finals over, I am starting to feel the end of summer approaching. How are you spending the final summer of the Heisei era? In this blog post, I would like to share highlights from the SUNNY SIDE UP Fireworks Viewing Party recently held at bills Odaiba!
Our group used to hold fireworks viewing parties several years ago, and this year we brought the tradition back for the first time in three years! It was a truly luxurious plan, enjoying food and drinks on the terrace of bills Odaiba while watching the fireworks. Organized as a gesture of gratitude to our hardworking members, approximately 50 people—including lottery-selected members, their families, and even partners—attended the event.
As the sun began to set over the Odaiba sea, a bar counter appeared on the terrace of bills Odaiba!
Next, the food arrived! A variety of dishes were served buffet-style.
A pleasant breeze began to blow, creating perfect conditions for the fireworks.
Once the sun went down, the fireworks display began! Large fireworks bloomed across the night sky. (The members who came as couples seemed to be having a lovely time…)
It was a wonderful opportunity for families, who rarely have the chance to meet, to interact with one another, and the time flew by. Everyone was having such a great time that the younger members even held an after-party on the terrace once the fireworks ended (laughs).
It was a night to fully enjoy the end of the final summer of the Heisei era in 2018. With our appetites satisfied and our spirits recharged, we will continue to carry this momentum forward. Through the autumn and winter of the final Heisei year, Let’s Have Fun!
