bills, the all-day dining brand originating in Sydney, Australia and operated by SUNNY SIDE UP GROUP, began offering its “SPRING/SUMMER 2024 MENU” on April 23!

This new menu reimagines a wide variety of foods—unique to a multicultural country—in an Aussie style. It also embraces today’s diversity by expanding vegan and vegetarian options.

The popular bills poke bowl switches its brown rice to jasmine rice!

In true bills style, the jasmine rice is mixed with coriander, chives, quinoa, and millet to create a healthy, nutrient-rich base. It is also served with turmeric-pickled daikon and house-made green kimchi, so you can enjoy a variety of flavors.

As a vegan option, you can also swap the tuna for tofu. It is an all-day bowl that many can enjoy from breakfast through dinner.

In addition, bills has renewed its non-alcoholic drinks lineup for the first time in a year!

Using Japan’s first domestically produced non-alcoholic gin “Nema” and the fermented sparkling tea kombucha “_SHIP Kombucha Original” as a base, and adding raspberries and mint, we have created a refreshing summer mocktail.
