Today is Tanabata! For men who wrote “I want to be popular” on their wish strips! A paper from France that brings “love”!
Nice to meet you!
I am Iwasaki, a new employee who joined the “Sunnies” team this April.

Today is Tanabata.
I suspect there are others like me who wrote “I want to be popular” on their tanzaku wish strips.
Today, I would like to introduce an item recommended for such individuals.
As a PR company, I suppose I should be introducing the next big trend, but this time, I am “intentionally” choosing something that is not a trending topic.
Its name is “Papier d’Arménie”!
(It sounds like some kind of magic spell…)
What is “Papier d’Arménie”?

It has a subtly sweet scent, similar to vanilla.
This historic paper incense was created in 1885 in Montrouge, a town on the outskirts of Paris, France, and will celebrate its 130th anniversary next year.
Although it is called incense, it is more than just a fragrance; it is an exceptional product that not only eliminates odors such as tobacco but also has “air-purifying” and “sterilizing” effects.
In France, it is sold not only in gift shops but also in organic shops and drugstores, and is widely used as an incense for preventing colds.
(Apparently, it is even used in hospitals!)
Despite being a popular product with an annual production of 2 million booklets, the scale of the workshop, the number of staff, and the manufacturing methods are said to have remained largely unchanged for 100 years. It is surprising to learn that until five years ago, only nine staff members managed everything. This may be why it is not well known in Japan, as there are few stores that carry it.
In a world filled with convenient items, I was moved by the fact that they have preserved their traditional manufacturing methods over mere “productivity.”
This may be why it has continued to be loved in its country of origin, France, for nearly 130 years.
For the lovely girl who isn’t feeling well…
For the lovely “tsundere” girl…
For the lovely (but usually scary) senior female colleague…
For the lovely girl you just can’t get off your mind…
In short, since today is Tanabata, this is for those of you who, like me, wrote “I want to be popular” on your wish strip!
Why not give “Papier d’Arménie” as a gift of “fragrance” and “health” to someone special?
When giving the gift, try sharing some trivia using keywords that women tend to like, such as “France.”
“Papier d’Arménie” might just bring “love” to you!
(Oh, since it has to be purchased online in Japan, you won’t be able to give it today… lol)
