In the midst of this, SUNNY SIDE UP GROUP held our annual heartwarming event ahead of November 23rd, “Labor Thanksgiving Day”!

The “Thank you, Colleagues!” Labor Thanksgiving Event to express our gratitude to the members who work hard every day🎉
This event, one of our unique employee benefits known as the “32 Benefits,” features SUNNY SIDE UP GROUP President and Representative Director Tsugihara and other directors serving food and other treats to members with gratitude on Labor Thanksgiving Day.

Held again this year! Implementing the “Thank you, Colleagues!” event to express gratitude in honor of Labor Thanksgiving Day
We’ll introduce this year’s event, which had a different flavor from last year🌱
The night before the event.
As the organizing members were preparing to delight the members coming to the office the next morning…
“I’ll help too!” More and more support members joined in, and before we knew it, we had quite a crowd. (laughs)
The preparations were completed in no time while everyone worked together cheerfully!
It all began with such a warm evening☺
And then came the day…
This year, in addition to the balloon decorations conveying the “THANK YOU” message, we prepared letters spelling “HUG,” “YES,” and “NO”🎈
It has become a tradition for the directors to hug members with the sentiment of “Thank you always!” and this year again, members could choose “YES” or “NO.”
“We want to express our daily gratitude to our valued members!” SUNNY SIDE UP GROUP President and Representative Director Tsugihara, SUNNY SIDE UP Director Matsumoto, and SUNNY SIDE UP President and Representative Director Xi Chau were ready and waiting with enthusiasm this year as well.
As the start of the workday approached, members began arriving at the office one after another.
Sensing their presence, all three rushed over to the members with smiles…
“Good morning!” “Thank you always!!”
For members who chose YES, they enthusiastically conveyed their overflowing gratitude through hugs and words.
In response, members naturally expressed their gratitude as well, saying “Thank you too!”
Members working on other floors also gathered to express their gratitude at this once-a-year opportunity, and smiles naturally spread throughout the office.
Passing through this warm atmosphere and proceeding to the back of the office, there were food and drinks to warm both hearts and bodies!
The annual staple, indispensable to this event—croque madame that looks just like the SUNNY SIDE UP GROUP logo appeared🍳 It’s also delicious to heat it up and eat it at your own preferred timing.
At lunchtime, we prepared hearty rice balls from a popular rice ball shop.
Members seriously deliberated over not only basic options like “plum” and “mentaiko,” but also a rich variety of fillings that are rarely encountered in daily life, such as “stamina yakiniku” and “egg yolk marinated in soy sauce.”
We also observed members being considerate of one another, such as “getting some for teammates who are in meetings,” which was heartwarming👀
Members were thoroughly satisfied with the rice balls, where the gently formed, fluffy rice and abundant fillings spread throughout the mouth all at once. The rice balls disappeared from the kitchen in an instant. (laughs)
And this year again, SUNNY SIDE UP GROUP Executive Vice President and Representative Director Watanabe prepared surprise gifts for group companies with different offices, “Cumnam Entertainment” and “Steady Study”🎁
We deliver the sentiment of “Thank you always!” to members who work diligently every day under the same vision of delivering “joyful commotion” to the world.
For Steady Study members, we provided the same highly popular croque madame as at the Sendagaya office.
For Cumnam Entertainment, which was extremely busy with overlapping events, PR delivered the same coffee and sweets as at the Sendagaya office on a different day.
SUNNY SIDE UP GROUP will celebrate its 40th anniversary next year.
Over 40 years of history, we have gradually continued to increase our team, and have now grown into an organization with as many as 450 members.
Because President and Representative Director Tsugihara knows the early days when we started with just a few people, his gratitude toward “people” is exceptional.
Against this background, this annual event has become indispensable within the group as an important opportunity to express “gratitude” that is difficult to convey formally in daily life.
On this day, words of “thank you” and consideration for one another filled the office. We could feel that this was because Tsugihara’s daily sentiments are naturally conveyed and spread to members through executives and directors🌱
