Hello! This is Daiki Ikuta from the SUNNY SIDE UP President’s Office.
It’s a time with the seasons changing here in Japan, with the fresh scent of gingko trees and blue skies!

Tomorrow, November 23, is Thanksgiving Day.

Prior to Thanksgiving Day, SUNNY SIDE UP GROUP held an event to recognize and celebrate fellow coworkers called “Thank Colleagues!” again this year to express our gratitude to our members who always work so hard!

*The event was held with sufficient COVID-19 measures in place.

In honor of Thanksgiving Day, executives from every part of the company, including

President Tsugihara, serve breakfast to the members to show their appreciation for their daily efforts. This event is held as our unique “32 Benefits” which SSU has.

*This year, too, it came with a hug from President Tsugihara and Director Matsumoto!

This year’s breakfast was Croque Madame by Bonjour Bon. A croque-madame in the kitchen that matched the company logo perfectly…!

In the morning, members of the president’s office prepare decorations and food, and wait for the members to arrive at the office.

Then, early in the morning, the members arrive at the office.

Thank you for everything!” President Tsugihara and Director Matsumoto hugged the members the moment they stepped off the elevator. While expressing their gratitude, it seemed as if they were trying to surprise the members.

After three years, the president’s sudden hugs don’t faze them anymore. (laugh).

The elevator hall is crowded from morning with screams of surprise at the two of them the moment the elevator doors open and the laughing voices of the waiting members of the president’s office!

The new graduate members in the office took a group photo at the entrance to commemorate receiving their first hug!

Also, a surprise visit by President Watanabe to “Kumnamu Entertainment,Inc” and “Steady Study ltd.,” which received a great response last year!

We delivered our thank you with delicious food again this year, to show even more appreciation than last year to everyone at the group companies with different offices. Commemorative photo at the office where we delivered!

The time is evening, the place is back to Sendagaya office…

The second Thanksgiving event is underway! Hungry members gathered in droves.

For the second round of food offerings, we prepared food that would save members from having to cook dinner for the night, since tomorrow is a national holiday!

Main dishes of fish and chicken, as well as side dishes such as kinpira gobo (fried burdock root), were all lined up in the kitchen, and take-out boxes were also prepared so that people could take the food home to eat.

Many of our members were seen taking take-out to their families, partners, and loved ones!

As soon as we announced, “Food is ready,” the members gathered in the kitchen.

And from various places in the office, we could hear the sounds of “Delicious! and many happy laughs were heard from various places in the office, and the day ended in a flash!

The food also disappeared in no time.

This year, too, we were able to say “Thank you” again to the members who are always involved in “Fun buzz” with us.

On Thanksgiving Day tomorrow, please try to say “Thank you” to as many people as you can! I hope you will spend a day full of “Thank you” around you.

Have a great holiday!
