Two weeks only! “ALOHA from Hawaii,” bringing the flavors of “bills Waikiki” to Japan, starts today!!
Hello, this is PR Sunny-chan!
“bills,” created by Bill Granger.
And we have exciting news from “bills Waikiki,” bills’ overseas location, which celebrated its 3rd anniversary last month on March 30 (Japan time)!
That’s right! For two weeks only, from Monday, April 10 to Sunday, April 23, we will be offering “ALOHA from Hawaii,”
featuring the “bills Waikiki” menu, at six locations in Japan (excluding bills Ginza)!

“bills Waikiki” was the first “bills” location to open in the United States, and is built around the concept of blending Sydney—Bill’s hometown—with Hawaii’s beach style and lifestyle.
The interior is designed to welcome guests into a space filled with lush plants that evoke the sun and local nature, along with natural breezes and light. To help people in Japan enjoy even a little of Hawaii’s relaxed atmosphere and flavors, we have prepared three limited-time menu items.
Even if you don’t have the chance to go to Hawaii, you can still enjoy the flavors of “bills Waikiki” while staying in Japan!
Here is the “ALOHA from Hawaii” menu!
● Buttermilk Pancakes w/ Smoked Bacon, Pineapple, Maple Syrup

Buttermilk Pancakes w/ Smoked Bacon, Pineapple, Maple Syrup ¥1,500
A hugely popular menu item that was also sold for a limited time at “bills Waikiki” is back!
Specially revived for “ALOHA from Hawaii.”
In the United States, it is common to make pancakes with buttermilk, and unlike “ricotta pancakes,” the batter is thinner and lighter. These pancakes have a wonderfully toasty flavor.
The buttermilk pancakes are delicious even with just maple syrup, but the sweetness of the maple syrup combined with the tartness of the pineapple creates an exquisite balance.
They can be enjoyed like a dessert, but with smoked bacon included, they are also satisfying as a meal. The salty bacon pairs perfectly with buttermilk pancakes topped with maple syrup.
*During this period, the Yokohama Red Brick Warehouse location will temporarily suspend its limited menu item “Berry Berry Pancakes w/ Berry Butter.”
● “Acai Bowl w/ Berries, Homemade Granola”

Acai Bowl w/ Berries, Homemade Granola ¥1,100
When it comes to classic breakfast dishes nurtured by Hawaii, it has to be the “acai bowl,” doesn’t it?
It is also extremely popular in Japan, especially among women!
To let you enjoy the texture and aroma of the granola, the acai is made into a paste, and combined with strawberries, blueberries, and raspberries for a refreshing dish that is easy to eat.
You can enjoy “acai bowls” in many places in Japan, but bills’ “acai bowl” is a menu item served only at “bills Waikiki,” so please take this opportunity to savor the flavors of “bills Waikiki.”
Recommended not only for breakfast but also as a dessert—how about having it after your meal?
● “Ahi Poke Rice Bowl w/ Cherry Tomatoes”

Ahi Poke Rice Bowl w/ Cherry Tomatoes ¥1,400
Another menu item unique to Hawaii.
In Hawaiian, “ahi” means tuna, and “poke” refers to cutting fish into small pieces—this is a traditional Hawaiian dish.
bills’ “Ahi Poke Rice Bowl w/ Cherry Tomatoes” is a healthy rice bowl made with plenty of fresh vegetables and nutrient-rich brown rice.
Seasoned simply to bring out the natural flavors of the ingredients—tuna, cherry tomatoes, avocado, cucumber, cilantro, and more. This ingredient-forward approach is a hallmark of Bill’s commitment, and it is a menu item that is gentle on both body and mind, allowing you to easily recharge nutrients that modern people often lack.
This item will be available from lunchtime. If you have been thinking you haven’t been getting enough vegetables lately, why not try it for lunch?!
In addition, during the period, if you bring back the promotion card distributed at bills locations on your next visit, you will receive one complimentary “bills homemade soda (choose from four varieties)” as a benefit (excluding the Ginza location).

Sunny-chan from PR also tried “ALOHA from Hawaii” right away!
We shared it together and got excited, saying, “It makes me want to go to Hawaii!” (laughs)
“ALOHA from Hawaii,” which lets you enjoy the flavors of “bills Waikiki” while staying in Japan,
is highly recommended not only for those who love Hawaii, but also for those who are busy with work yet want to feel a taste of Hawaii.
Please do stop by and enjoy a luxurious moment while soaking up the Hawaiian vibe!
