New Menu Items Now Available! Introducing the Holiday-Exclusive “bills Christmas Dinner Course”

Hello! This is Takara from the bills PR team. The weather has turned quite chilly, and we have reached the season where you can see your breath in the cold air.

The city is fully in the Christmas spirit, and I imagine many people will be heading out to celebrate this year.

bills, the all-day dining concept from Sydney, Australia, will offer a limited-time Christmas Dinner Course at all eight locations in Japan from Monday, December 19 to Sunday, December 25, 2022. Reservations are now being accepted via the official website (billsjapan.com).

At bills, we primarily offer an à la carte menu so that guests can casually enjoy our food across various occasions, from breakfast to dinner. However, for the Christmas season, we have prepared a course that allows you to enjoy several of our popular dishes at once, ensuring a special time with your loved ones.

This year’s course features seafood dishes essential to an Australian Christmas, including new 2022 Autumn/Winter items such as “Tuna Tartare” and “Roasted Cod.” For the main course, we are featuring “Ribeye Steak” using rare cuts, and the “Prime Fillet Steak” exclusive to our Ginza location. For dessert, guests can choose between a mini version of our “Ricotta Pancakes” or a vegan “Chocolate and Miso Mousse.”
