Held again this year! To mark Labor Thanksgiving Day, we hosted the “Thank you, Colleagues!” event to express our appreciation.
Hello. I am Ikuta from the President’s Office of SUNNY SIDE UP GROUP.
A wonderful season has arrived, with refreshing blue skies and trees enveloped in the scent of ginkgo.

Tomorrow, November 23, is Labor Thanksgiving Day.
Ahead of Labor Thanksgiving Day, SUNNY SIDE UP GROUP held the “Thank you, Colleagues!” event again this year to express our gratitude to our hardworking members.
*The event was held with thorough infection control measures in place.

In honor of Labor Thanksgiving Day, executives from across the group, including President Tsugihara, served breakfast to members to show their daily appreciation. This event is held as one of our 32 Benefits.
*This year, it also included hugs from President Tsugihara and Director Matsumoto.

This year’s breakfast featured Croque Madame from “Bonjour Bon.” Croque Madames that perfectly matched the company logo appeared in the kitchen!

Members of the President’s Office prepared decorations and food from early morning, waiting for the staff to arrive.

Soon after, members began arriving early in the morning.

President Tsugihara and Director Matsumoto hugged members the moment they stepped off the elevator, saying, “Thank you for everything!” While expressing gratitude, it was clear they were also enjoying the chance to surprise the members.

*By the third year, members are no longer unfazed by the President’s sudden hugs.
The elevator hall was bustling from the morning with screams of surprise at the two waiting when the doors opened, and the laughter of the President’s Office members.

New graduates in the office took a group photo at the entrance to commemorate receiving their first hugs!
Additionally, Vice President Watanabe made surprise visits to “Kumnam Entertainment” and “Steady Study,” which received a great response last year!
To express even more gratitude than last year to group company members in different offices, we delivered our thanks along with delicious food again this year. Here is a commemorative photo from the office where the delivery was made!

By evening, the scene returned to the Sendagaya office…
The second part of the Labor Thanksgiving event began! Hungry members gathered one after another.
For the second food service, since tomorrow is a public holiday, we prepared food so that members would not have to cook dinner.

Main dishes of fish and chicken, along with side dishes like kinpira gobo (sauteed burdock root), were lined up in the kitchen. Takeout boxes were also provided so members could take the food home.
Many members were seen taking food home for their families, partners, and loved ones.

As soon as the announcement “Food is ready!” was made, members gathered in the kitchen.
The day, filled with voices saying “Delicious!” and plenty of happy laughter from various parts of the office, came to an end in no time.
The food also disappeared in an instant.

This year was once again a day where we could express our gratitude to the members with whom we create “Tanoshii Sawagi” (exciting commotions) every day.
On tomorrow’s Labor Thanksgiving Day, please try to express your gratitude to many people. We hope you have a day filled with appreciation all around you.
Have a wonderful holiday!
