In honor of this day, we’re introducing the beer spots at Central Kitchen in the SUNNY SIDE UP GROUP office!🍻
Now, I’ll pass the baton to a team member who used to sell beer. Tajima-san, take it away!

Hello! I’m Tajima, and I used to sell beer at a certain Big Egg during my student days!
I thought I was the only one for this project, so I rushed over!
Today is International Beer Day! So I’ll introduce Central Kitchen at the Sendagaya office, where you can enjoy delicious beer🍺

Here, you can enjoy a variety of premium craft beers.
Popular international beers such as Edelweiss (Austria), Desperados (France), Tiger (Singapore), and Affligem (Belgium) rotate weekly!
When you want to work a bit harder but still enjoy your Friday… it’s perfectly fine to enjoy a craft beer at the counter. If you don’t have the courage to invite someone out but want to get to know the team member sitting next to you, it’s also great to invite them for a drink and connect.

It serves as a catalyst for team member communication!
And this time, we’ve gathered some wonderful drinks at the office, so let me introduce them!
① “Smirnoff™️ Seltzer”

This “Smirnoff™️ Seltzer” is a new product in the genre called “hard seltzer,” an alcoholic sparkling water that’s a global sensation. Characterized by low alcohol, low calories, and low sugar, it has become a topic of conversation primarily among health-conscious young people overseas and is currently gaining worldwide attention as a new trend in the alcoholic beverage market.
Tajima’s comment:
A new product from the well-known Smirnoff brand launched this spring!
The “Orange Grapefruit” flavor has a pleasant balance of orange aroma and grapefruit acidity, offering a refreshing and crisp taste. It’s also very easy to drink.
The “White Peach” flavor has a gentle white peach aroma with a moderately sweet and crisp taste. The sweet fragrance of white peach is impressive, and the flavor has a somewhat creamy nuance, making it enjoyable as a light cocktail! Perfect for this hot season.
② “Tanqueray London Dry Gin”
One of the world’s four major gins is the “Tanqueray” brand. As a traditional standard gin, it is beloved not only in Japan but around the world.
Despite using only botanical ingredients considered the foundation of gin and no citrus ingredients, it features a clear, dry taste with a citrus-like aroma derived from coriander.
Tajima’s comment:
While “craft gin” has been trending recently, why not start with a classic gin that has been loved worldwide for a long time? If you’re drinking at home, try mixing it with soda water or tonic water along with cut lime to enjoy its fresh aroma and crisp taste—perfect for a hot summer drink!
- Fill a glass with ice and stir the ice to chill the glass.
- Add 30 ml of TQ (about 2 tablespoons). *Adjust the amount if you have a low alcohol tolerance.
- Pour soda or tonic along the rim of the glass and stir gently. *Stirring too much will release the carbonation, so about 1.5 gentle rotations is ideal.
- Lightly squeeze lemon or lime wedges, place them in the glass, and it’s complete!
For other variations, use dry ginger ale instead of soda, or add sliced ginger, shiso leaves, or myoga as flavoring to match the botanical aroma of London Dry Gin for an even more refreshing taste. Please give it a try!
③ “Disaronno”

Amaretto liqueur “Disaronno” is made in the town of Saronno in northern Italy.
It is said that the woman who modeled for the goddess fresco painted in the town’s church gave a drink made from apricot kernels to the artist’s apprentice, “Bernardino Luini,” a student of Leonardo da Vinci, and this became the origin of this liqueur.
Since then, this recipe has been passed down through generations and has become widely known as the current “Disaronno” brand, enjoyed in over 160 countries worldwide. It features a distinctive bottle shape symbolizing Italy, the country of art, and is characterized by its almond aroma and elegant sweetness.
Tajima’s comment:
The refreshing cocktail “Disaronno Fizz,” finished with soda and lemon juice, is currently the most popular way to drink it worldwide!
You can also enjoy it “on the rocks” as a sophisticated adult drink, or as an “Italian Iced Tea” that pairs well with meals—there are various cocktail options, so please find your favorite way to drink it!

④ “Kubota Seppou”

A special Kubota jointly developed by Asahi Shuzo and Snow Peak for leisurely enjoyment in nature throughout the four seasons. It features a rich sake quality achieved through the traditional yamahai brewing method, which maximizes the power of microorganisms such as lactic acid bacteria derived from brewing water and creates an environment for cultivating excellent yeast. You can fully savor the umami and richness, and feel the depth in addition to the breadth of flavor. It balances well with distinctive and rustic outdoor cuisine. Please enjoy it at a temperature suited to the season.
Tajima’s comment:
Perfect for enjoying during leisure activities in the current midsummer season! It pairs very well with barbecue and Dutch oven dishes. Please enjoy the new culture of savoring sake outdoors, created by Snow Peak, which has been creating new scenes connecting people and nature, and Asahi Shuzo, which has been nurtured by and walked alongside nature’s blessings!
