This product uses cacao from “Dari K,” a Kyoto-based chocolate brand involved from cacao cultivation, fresh cream from “Tokachi Shinmura Farm,” and lemon peel from “Nippon Fruit Juice Co., Ltd.” It is a new-textured “chewable nama chocolate” with three layers that maximizes the quality of each ingredient while emphasizing overall balance. This “earth-friendly chocolate” made with Dari K chocolate, which supports cacao farmers, is noted by Ichikawa as a 2023 Valentine’s trend.
