Now that December has arrived, the city decorations have taken on a festive Christmas atmosphere. Today, we bring you the perfect Christmas season information from the “bills” PR team!
SUNNY SIDE UP operates “bills,” an all-day dining restaurant from Sydney, Australia, and we have prepared four special courses exclusively for the Christmas season.

These courses feature a selection of popular menu items, including seafood dishes essential to Australian Christmas celebrations and steaks made with rare cuts, allowing you to enjoy multiple favorites at once.
Why not spend a special time at bills with someone important to you? Course reservations can be made through our website, or you can order as a walk-in at the restaurant.

December 1 (Tue) – 18 (Fri) only: “bills Festive Lunch & Dinner Course” for casual enjoyment
From December 1 (Tue) to 18 (Fri), we offer casual lunch and dinner courses for your enjoyment.

The “bills Festive Lunch Course” (¥4,000/tax included) is a casual course that allows you to experience the festive atmosphere. We recommend pairing it with champagne or enjoying it with coffee after your meal.

The “bills Festive Dinner Course” (¥5,000/tax included) is a casual dinner option. How about a relaxed dinner paired with wine?
*The “Festive Lunch Course” and “Festive Dinner Course” are not available at “bills Fukuoka.”
December 19 (Sat) – 27 (Sun) only: “bills Christmas Dinner Course” perfect for special occasions
During the Christmas period from December 19 (Sat) to 27 (Sun), a special dinner course featuring our most popular menu items will be available.

The “bills Christmas Dinner Course” (¥6,500/tax included) is a limited Christmas period course offered at seven locations excluding “bills Ginza.”
The course begins with starters including “Roasted Romanesco” featuring fragrant roasted romanesco paired with “ajo blanco” sauce, and “Sea Bream Crudo” with fresh and refreshing avocado and dill sauce.
For pasta, enjoy the luxurious “Lobster Linguine” featuring tender lobster. The main course features the rare cut “Rib Eye Steak.” For dessert, we have prepared “Chocolate Mousse” that pairs perfectly with sweet and tangy raspberry sauce.

The “bills Ginza Exclusive Christmas Dinner Course” (¥12,000/tax included) offers a luxurious dinner experience befitting Ginza’s glamorous atmosphere.
Toast with “Billecart-Salmon” champagne, perfect for a special evening. Begin with colorful bite-sized BITES, followed by starters of “White Asparagus Hazelnut Vinaigrette” with excellent texture and fresh “Tuna Tartare” with pomegranate. The pasta course features “Lobster Linguine,” and the main course presents “Prime Fillet Steak,” cooked tender and juicy, finished with porcini seasoning. For dessert, we have prepared “Chocolate Mousse” with a secret miso ingredient.
