In honor of Labor Thanksgiving Day, we held the “Thank you, Colleagues!” event to express our gratitude.

As we enter the latter half of November, the season has arrived where the ginkgo trees and blue skies create a beautiful contrast.

Is everyone staying healthy during this change of seasons?

Today, SUNNY SIDE UP GROUP held “Thank you, Colleagues!” to show appreciation to everyone for their hard work. Due to the impact of COVID-19, this is the first time the event has been held since the office was renovated last year.
*The event was held with thorough infection control measures in place; masks were removed only for photography.

Held as one of the 32 Benefits, this event coincided with Labor Thanksgiving Day on Wednesday, November 23. President Tsugihara and other executives, including Director Matsumoto, served breakfast to members to express their daily gratitude (complete with hugs from President Tsugihara and Director Matsumoto ♡).

This year’s breakfast featured egg sandwiches from egg on. They were lined up in the Central Kitchen!

Everyone helped with decorations and food preparation from early morning, waiting excitedly for the members to arrive at the office.

We had prepared this as a secret surprise, but it seems the veteran members had already figured it out… (laughs).

President Tsugihara and Director Matsumoto welcomed everyone with shouts of “Thank you as always!!”

The screams of surprise the moment the elevator doors opened were met with the laughter of the waiting members (laughs).

Everyone’s smiles (or faces of terror?) were radiant from the start of the day…

While the new graduates could not hide their surprise at the novelty of it all, the veterans stepped out of the elevator with resigned expressions, as if to say, “Is it hug season again?” (laughs).

After the hugging ritual (?), Watanabe, Representative Director and Vice President of SUNNY SIDE UP GROUP, personally handed out egg sandwiches to each person in the Central Kitchen as a token of appreciation ♡.

A hearty breakfast provided an early morning energy boost. Let’s do our best again today!

Furthermore, to express gratitude to group companies in different offices this year, Vice President Watanabe made surprise visits to Kumnam Entertainment and Steady Study!

He personally handed out the treats to each individual with a heart full of gratitude. ^^

Now, returning to the Sendagaya office…

Just as the morning’s joyful screams subsided, a large number of boxes were being carried in.

The second part of the Labor Thanksgiving event! A delivery of Krispy Kreme Doughnuts for the 3:00 PM snack!

Everyone was delighted with the cute smiley-face doughnuts and the classic Original Glazed. Members who were working took a short break to enjoy them.

Then, in the evening when everyone was starting to feel tired…

For the grand finale, the third part of the Labor Thanksgiving event arrived: inari sushi from Otsuna Sushi!!

Despite having eaten so much already, hungry members continued to gather…! (laughs).

The day, filled with the constant sound of laughter from various parts of the office, came to an end in the blink of an eye!

Throughout the day, members filled their stomachs and hearts with “thank you” food. We hope this helped everyone work even harder than usual. ^^

This year was once again a day where we could express our gratitude to the members with whom we create “Tanoshii Sawagi” (fun commotions) every day.

All our members will continue to do their best to create new “Tanoshii Sawagi” in the future. (^^)
