Entries for one of these awards, the “Golden World Awards,” are currently being accepted! Allow me to introduce it.
What is the International Public Relations Association (IPRA)?
As mentioned in the article above, the International Public Relations Association (IPRA) is a global PR association formally recognized by the United Nations. Since January 2022, Etsuko Tsugihara, President and Representative Director of SUNNY SIDE UP GROUP, has served as the President of IPRA, with SUNNY SIDE UP acting as the secretariat for its operations in Japan.
Furthermore, the “Golden World Awards 2022,” an international award organized by IPRA, is accepting entries for outstanding PR activities, projects, and communication campaigns from Japan and abroad until Monday, May 9, 2022!

About the “Golden World Awards”
Established in 1990, it is one of the leading international awards in the PR industry, receiving entries from all over the world every year. Entries are possible across 38 diverse categories. In addition to the highest honor, the IPRA Grand Prix, this year’s awards will recognize outstanding PR activities from various perspectives, including a special award for campaigns symbolizing “Peace, Justice and Strong Institutions,” one of the United Nations’ Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs).
Eligible applicants include corporate public relations representatives, companies and projects that provide consulting services such as brand building and reputation management, PR and marketing companies, and NGO organizations and associations, as well as governments, universities, and educational institutions.

Application Deadline: Monday, May 9, 2022
Eligibility: All companies and organizations (both corporations and agencies) involved in communication across various fields such as corporate PR, internal PR, brand building, and reputation management.
Entry Fees: Standard Entry: Tuesday, March 22, 2022 – Monday, April 18, 2022: £370
Late Entry: Tuesday, April 19, 2022 – Monday, May 9, 2022: £400
Selection Process: First Round (Selection based on entry form)
Second Round (Selection based on supporting materials)
Announcement of Winners: Winners for each category are scheduled to be announced in July 2022.
*The IPRA Grand Prix and certain other awards will be announced at the awards ceremony scheduled for this autumn.
