The 35th Annual General Meeting of Shareholders of SUNNY SIDE UP GROUP was held today!
Hello, this is Sunny-chan from the PR department!
Today, Monday, September 28, the 35th Annual General Meeting of Shareholders of SUNNY SIDE UP GROUP was held at the Meiji Kinenkan in Minato-ku, Tokyo.

In light of preventing the spread of COVID-19, this year’s meeting was held with thorough safety measures in place, prioritizing the safety and peace of mind of our shareholders.
At the entrance, we provided “Sake Alcohol Sanitizer” produced by sake breweries across Japan. Shareholders cooperated with infection prevention measures while enjoying the rich aroma of Japanese sake.

Despite the ongoing uncertainty, this is a once-a-year opportunity to meet our shareholders. Our team prepared diligently to ensure a safe environment, and we are pleased to have successfully completed the event.

To ensure social distancing, seating was arranged with ample space between attendees.
This meeting was the first since transitioning to a holding company structure in January. We introduced two new companies that joined our group and discussed our vision for further growth.

We also expressed our commitment to contributing to society through unique initiatives, leveraging the power of “PR and Communication”—a field that moves hearts and changes the world—especially during the COVID-19 pandemic.
Every year, we include activities such as crosswords or connect-the-dots in our convocation notices for your enjoyment. This year, we featured “Adult Coloring Pages” to be enjoyed at a relaxed pace while staying at home.

As a small project, Ms. Tsugihara will personally review these coloring pages and announce the best entries on Twitter. Thank you to everyone who submitted their work! Please look forward to the announcement.
All our members will continue to work hard to meet the expectations of everyone who supports SUNNY SIDE UP GROUP.

Moving forward, the 17 companies of SUNNY SIDE UP GROUP will combine their strengths to create new “fun disturbances” for a new era. We appreciate your continued support.
