SUNNY SIDE UP GROUP Held Its 39th Ordinary General Meeting of Shareholders

The temperature difference throughout the day has been quite drastic lately, but I hope everyone is doing well. Today, I would like to share a report regarding a major event this autumn.

The 39th Ordinary General Meeting of Shareholders of SUNNY SIDE UP GROUP Inc. was recently held at SYD Hall in Sendagaya, Shibuya.

A Convocation Notice Filled with “Tanoshii Sawagi”

In the convocation notice sent to our shareholders, we created a “Topics of the Current Period” page that highlights our Group’s activities over the past year that we particularly wanted to share🥚

Of course, our customary “Fun Corner” is also back.

Every year, we create this page with the hope that shareholders can enjoy a little break. This year, we decided to return to our roots (?) and created a “Sunny Quiz” section to help everyone get to know our Group even better.

It is filled with secrets about our Group that you might not know, so please take a look.

The Day Has Finally Arrived!

This year’s master of ceremonies is Mizutani, who is in her fifth year since joining as a new graduate.

Mizutani, who became a leader this year, works as a professional PR person conveying the appeal of clients’ products and services, while also managing her subordinates.

She has become quite accustomed to emceeing and looked relaxed even before the event began…

The meeting started with a review of the Group’s activities during the 39th term.

We reintroduced our shareholders to the many instances of “Tanoshii Sawagi” (exciting stir) that colored the world during the previous term, ranging from the opening of large-scale commercial facilities to social contribution projects.

And then, believe it or not…

It was announced that Hidetoshi Nakata will join us as a new colleague starting October 1st. He has been appointed as an Executive Officer of SUNNY SIDE UP GROUP.

At the venue, Nakata himself addressed the shareholders, stating: “Over the past 25 years, I have deepened my relationship with Ms. Tsugihara and the Group, gaining experience in creating new things that do not yet exist in the world. I feel that I can accelerate the growth of the Group by leveraging the experience I have cultivated both in Japan and overseas, and I am very much looking forward to taking on new challenges together.”

With a new member joining us, it was a day for all of our members to reaffirm our determination to create even more “Tanoshii Sawagi” this year.
