A first for bills: Dogs are now welcome inside! Our PR representative introduces the renewed bills | We visited
Hello. I am Saito from SUNNY SIDE UP, PR for bills.
Inheriting restaurateur Bill Granger’s belief that “our restaurant should be a comfortable place anyone can drop by casually,” bills has now made it possible to dine indoors with pets—cherished members of the family—at bills Odaiba, bills Yokohama Red Brick Warehouse, and bills Fukuoka.
With “Thanks Pets Day” coming up on November 22, we visited this pet-friendly bills together with Mugi, a French Bulldog who has appeared in a previous release.

This time, we visited bills Odaiba.
With terrace seating overlooking Tokyo Bay and located inside a commercial complex, this location welcomes many families. Pets were originally allowed on the terrace during designated hours, but from November, pets can enter the restaurant at any time as long as they are in a pet cart. Perfect for outings in the colder months. Pet carts are also available to borrow, so you can stop by with ease.
Enjoy bills’ menu that brings out the best in each ingredient.

As soon as the food arrived, Mugi was clearly intrigued by the colorful dishes.
This time, we chose the Fresh Aussie Breakfast and a Mandarin Highball from the classic menu, and the Tartine, Pavlova, and Paper Plane from the new autumn/winter menu.

The Mandarin Highball, introduced from spring 2025, is a mocktail made with NEMA, Japan’s first non-alcoholic gin.
A refreshing drink with a hint of mandarin aroma—perfect alongside a meal.

“Paper Plane” is a new autumn/winter cocktail. The orange-peel garnish is charming, and its rich mouthfeel makes it ideal for the season.

The tartine pairs perfectly with the house-made “gochujang aioli” spread on toast and fresh greens. You can also add bacon or halloumi cheese as a topping, and despite its hearty appearance, we finished it in no time…

Next, from bills’ classic menu, the Fresh Aussie Breakfast.
The combination of house-made gravlax salmon, avocado, and poached egg never gets old, no matter how many times you have it.

And finally, my favorite dessert: the “Pavlova.”
This dessert changes with the seasons, and this time it is topped with in-season persimmon. The subtle sweetness of exceptionally rare leatherwood honey—said to take 200 years before it can be harvested—is exquisite.
In fact, this pavlova is said to be a traditional Australian confection, and it is such a popular bills menu item that Bill Granger even served it to Queen Elizabeth at a dinner party in the UK.
If you have only ever tried the ricotta pancakes, please be sure to give it a try at least once.

Even as the weather turns colder, it is wonderful to continue enjoying outings with your beloved pet.
If that sounds like you, please spend a comfortable moment at bills.
