[ecute Shinagawa] 20th anniversary ‐SOU‐

ecute Shinagawa, which celebrates its 20th anniversary on October 1, is currently holding an anniversary fair until Monday, October 13!
The theme is “SOU.” Inspired by the “layers” (sou) of shells still found throughout the town, the fair features limited-edition products based on three interpretations of “SOU”: products representing the accumulation of 20 years of gratitude in “layers,” products that “play” (sou) music, and seaweed (kaisou), which was once a local specialty of Shinagawa.

Shinagawa Mille-crêpe / Saza Coffee
A particular highlight is the “Shinagawa Mille-crêpe.” This special dish features jet-black bamboo charcoal crêpes layered with sweet potato paste (Kuri Kaguya) and four types of cream: strawberry, matcha, butterfly pea, and purple sweet potato. It is an impressive “SOU” (layered) dessert in both appearance and taste, offering the vibrant colors of natural pigments and a solid presence of sweet potato.
Furthermore, popular products from shopping streets around Shinagawa Station will gather at special event shops. Please enjoy the 20-year history of walking alongside this changing town together with the flavors of autumn. 🍯
