Perfect for the Holiday Season! We Attended the Snapchat Night View Lens Experience Event Organized by SUNNY SIDE UP!

I recently attended a Snapchat night view lens experience event organized by SUNNY SIDE UP, which is perfect for the holiday season!
Now, let me report on the press event!
Snapchat has 750 million monthly active users worldwide! With a design completely different from traditional social media, it enables quick, easy, and fun communication. Simply open the camera to instantly capture and send Snaps, sharing daily moments with your favorite friends.
This platform creates a community where you can be yourself without feeling pressure to be popular, beautiful, or perfect.
Snap Japan, which operates the visual communication app Snapchat, has announced new AR lenses that make the illuminated streets of the holiday season even more beautiful and exciting to share with friends!
At the press event, we chartered a dedicated rooftop bus and toured nighttime spots around Tokyo while experiencing the newly developed “night view lenses” that enhance the enjoyment of night scenery.
Light refreshments and drinks were also provided during the bus tour!
Everyone was excited about their first rooftop bus experience! The bus tour began with SUNNY SIDE UP staff serving as tour guides. (All aboard!)
Near Jingumae Intersection
The first spot was the Omotesando illumination.
The light-up of approximately 150 zelkova trees and planting areas along the approximately 1 km stretch of Omotesando was absolutely stunning.

Japanese-style origami cranes are flying in the sky above the Omotesando illumination. Red, blue, yellow, white… so cute!
Furthermore, the words “2024 HAPPY NEW YEAR” are floating in the air. Perfect for the holiday season!
As the excitement built, it was time for drinks during the travel time!
Toast drinks and “Heineken 0.0,” the non-alcoholic beer that SUNNY SIDE UP handles PR for, were also available.
The stylish glasses that light up when filled with drinks really elevated the mood!

Near Keyakizaka
The next spot was the Christmas season illumination at Keyakizaka, right next to Roppongi Hills.
The approximately 400-meter Keyakizaka was brilliantly illuminated with blue and white LEDs, evoking a snowy tree-lined path.

It’s like a mini lantern festival! Fantastical and absolutely beautiful.
Waterfront Area
As we approached the sea, the wind gradually grew stronger! We entered the waterfront area.
Rainbow Bridge, a symbol of Tokyo and a popular tourist attraction beloved by many, came into view. It’s large and impressive!
The collaboration of lanterns and Tokyo Bay visible from Rainbow Bridge was absolutely wonderful.
